How many people have had problems with the UPS. They had a package out for delivery today and claim that it could not be delivered when they attempted to deliver it.

Well I watched my Security Cameras and they never even attempted to come to my front door to make an attempt.
I can't even call a local number, all I get is the main help number which it no help at all, they just tell me exactly what it says on the web site.

Anyone had any luck contacting the Port Allen location with a local number? Customer support for UPS is extremely poor.

They leave packages at my door even when I'm home. Other than that, no problems.

they are all lazy

ups,usps,fed ex

Lazy as fark, and fed ex and ups drivers whine and cry, it's what they do best, because delivering surely isn't.

dont assume the words they use reflect the meaning behind them

you got that "attempted to deliver" only because the delivery driver's handheld scanner thing doesnt have a button for "frick it, I dont know, I got busy and shite"

There was a thread about this recently. Basically they can’t meet the deal they agreed upon with Amazon for prime shipping and other online retailers, so they mark packages as delivered even though they won’t be till the next day

Port Allen center has no published number. If they did, theyd need 4 people just to answer it.

No telling why the package wasn't delivered. It may have been misloaded onto the wrong package car.

I would agree with you, however I did not get the option on the carrier this time. The shipment is from a warranty item that was getting repaired. I actually shipped the item to get repaired from USPS....

Yep, and they all do it. USPS failed to deliver on the stated delivery date and left a “failed attempt” message on their website. The truck was never on my street that day. If they know they won’t make it, I suspect they just click through the remaining deliveries with whatever the default reason is.

I think this is a neighborhood issue, hence the security cameras.

I work, not at home. So I can't use my Jergen's at this time....
