They are the worst. They have a horrific communication system, check that, no communication system between national and local.

Whatever you do, and no matter what they tell you over the 1-800 number, do not drive down to the delivery Center by Southern University. Nothing and I mean nothing is out there. I do not even know why that place is even open. Their main Distribution Center is off of exchequer, but it is an absolute mess.

They cost next to nothing for a basic system, who doesn't have one?

Drive down to the local sorting facility and whip their arse.

That will teach them.

100 percent POSITIVE, hoss.

I cannot speak for Port Allen and I won't speak for the location near Southern, but I had to pick up a package up there over Christmas. The address is either on Exchequer or Industrialplex.

On December 23rd, it was one of the most chaotic things I had ever witnessed. There were 12 or so others trying to pick up their package from there (they had been rerouted 2-5 times thanks to national phone reps telling them one thing that was not true about the location of their package). It looked like the construction of the Death Star. HUGE warehouse with at least 30 trucks coming and going. This is definitely going to be the main hub for Baton Rouge. The people located in Parts Unknown who tell you over the phone that your package is at a location do not even know what this thing is.

I kid you not...there were no front-desk people (but for 2 hillbilly security guards who served no purpose other than you didn't go in and steal any packages). This one poor guy was waiting off and on (I assumed he went home) for 60 hours while 1-2 employees MANUALLY looked for his package because their scanner and the package ID were not in synch. The boss lady, "Mona", was about to kill everyone on site because it was a chaotic nightmare as far as organization.

One or 2 centuries from now, when they get it together, it will probably be quite an amazing site. This, however, is a new opening and lots of gaps and goofs are present. Also, the employees at UPS...I wonder about that "drug screening".

you got that "attempted to deliver" only because the delivery driver's handheld scanner thing doesnt have a button for "frick it, I dont know, I got busy and shite"

this ^^^^^^

its a way to claim on time speedy delivery but not really deliver it on time

9 out of 10 it gets delivered tomorrow, or wednesday if there are any parades around you

They actually kicked up my due date a day and delivered a package today instead of tomorrow which wasn't happening here.

I’m actually one of the few lucky ones. My mail lady is pretty awesome, and will go out of her way to do things for us.
