This is good enough for her to think that he should be fired.

Use of force experts took issue with a few of Salamoni's behaviors, even though they found the ultimate use of force reasonable. If an unbiased party took issue with some of his actions, I'm sure Broome and her puppet Paul will find a problem.

The ironic part is that the “new” policy includes a rule where an officer has to warn someone when they are about to use lethal force. Blaine did that just not nicely.
