He lived in the same neighborhood off Lovett as J. Ory, Tito C, C. Herbert.
He hung around all them, Hemba etc...He used to come over with that bunch all the time when they worked with Ory's dad.

A Clinton man accused of killing three men and wounding another did plumbing work for the surviving victim’s family, according to a report.
WBRZ reported that 36-year-old Ryan Sharpe performed plumbing work on Jason Hornsby’s property and was there as recently as last week. Jason Hornsby is the cousin of Buck Hornsby, a 47-year-old man who was shot on Sept. 12 while exercising near the roadside of his property on La. 63. Hornsby was injured in the shooting but survived.
quote:
After Hornsby was shot, Sharpe asked Jason Hornsby how his cousin was doing and told him the situation was “crazy,” according to the WBRZ report.
“He was doing work on an outdoor kitchen,” Jason Hornsby told the news station. “It is mind boggling he was on our property the whole time.”
Jason Hornsby said that Sharpe had his family’s gate code. He said that Sharpe came to work on time and was referred by some in the community for his history of good work.

I am just getting a chance to get caught up on this story.
Between seeing last night's news and reading the news earlier this morning, it seems like the police had been running surveillance on for awhile. I don't know if that means before he killed his last victim or after.. Or what, but if I recall, a tip from someone is what put him on the police's radar right?
Then a little while ago I saw a notification that said he had mental illness.. But mental illness is a pretty big umbrella.
It seems to me that he might have thought about this, pumped himself up to do the first one in July.. Then he might have hesitated to do it again and finally mentally prepared himself to do so.. Then after the 2nd time he became more immuned to the psychological effect of killing someone. I know a general rule for serial killers (which they are not really labeling this guy as) is that obviously their first kill is the hardest kill for them to do then they have prepared themselves mentally to continue from there.. With that said..
If someone is a psychopath, it seems like it wouldn't be "hard" for them to make that first kill. It seems like it would be harder for them to fight the urges they have to want to harm others.. Either way, is there any more details other than what I mentioned?

I know all these guys. Practically related to Ory. I don’t think I know Sharpe though.

I know a lot of them too. As well as Hemba. I knew Sharpe too although I haven't seen him in 18-20 years.

Not that time no. You weren’t the one who’s shotgun went off and blew a hole in the floorboard of a nice black Ford F-150 are you? there’s so many events just need to find the right one. Me, and Brent K went to school together. That’s how I met Ryan. Then I got to be buddies with Jay L. We ended up all having an apartment together when we first moved out
I prolly know both of y'all. I knew "Cobble-Dee" well . (Ryan's nickname). I'm completely blindsided by this. Absolute last guy I could ever imagine doing something like this. Prayers sent to the families of the victims .

Same here. I hadn’t heard JH’s name in 25 years or more.

My grandfather gave him that nickname. It means billy goat in cajun French. I never in a million years would have thought he could do this. Known him a very long time.

Is Casey even a deputy? Or just a spokeswoman?
After seeing her uncle rush to her defense, I had to laugh. She posted a lot of pics on Facebook that I wouldn't want my wife posting. She has apparently deleted her account, though.
