Doing that when you're about to get into bed helps.
Also, grabbing a blanket or sheets with your toes. You can also wear a PF foot brace when you sleep.

Have everyone in your area call Entergy to put in an outage ticket. Their website outage map isn't worth a shite but it doesn't hurt to call to put in more tickets. You can also text STAT to 36778 if you're on the account to see if they're any updates. It's a little more accurate than the website.
Hey you do you. I think it's a little sketch. When we moved in our house, I had to call to put the bill in our name as it was still in the previous owners name. Our bill is $104 but with a different company.
It can also depend on what site you use to post the ad and how many people actually see your ad.
Is your name on the bill though? If so, check the fine print, it maybe junk mail and not a company the previous owner was already established with.

have to admit, your post made me think a bit. I went back and checked the Lowe’s website. I want a double oven in a stainless range. All ranges that come in drop-in models are single oven and only come painted. To illustrate, there are 244 choices in free standing models but only 5 that come in drop-in.

We're also replacing our drop-in but with a slide-in. Our other appliances are black stainless steel which I found out is a PITA to match unless you get the same brand. We're getting the Kitchenaid, it's close enough in color. Not sure if Stantons has more to chose from if you've decided on slide-ins but they'll price match lowes and home depot.

Why not just slide in a freestanding oven as it is? Do you need to close in the cabinets?
My neighbor has one at the back of their lot. I hate that tree. Doesn't maintain it for shite. All the dead branches hang on our side dropping dead palms in our yard.
I pay $62 for 150mbps, now who's a sucker?

But really we all are because cox sucks. Eatel isn't available in my area yet and at&t only offers 50mbps for $50.

I bought an enamel coated braiser from Le Creuset that I use for almost everything. I have the skillet from Le Creuset as well but the braiser is my daily.

Just Wingin It in Baton Rouge has a wrap on their menu just like that.

re: All home generators

Posted by BlackSunshine on 7/22/20 at 9:08 pm to
You might be able to get a generac liquid cooled installed for under $15k but that'd be the only brand as any other brand would be over $11k for the generator alone. As the other poster said, since your electrical and gas aren't on the same side of the house, this drives your install price way up.

Eta: if you get a generac, get the extended warranty
This 1 acre Dynatrap may work - hang it from a tree or get the stand.

re: Gray Lint in House

You don't have new towels do you? Even from the last year or so? My dark blue towels took about 2 years to quit leaving lint all over the bathroom, even on top the toilet and countertop.
Depends on what brand you're looking for... Briggs, Kohler, Cummins, Generac. They're not an apples to apples comparison.
I don't have much to give because I've never done it but I know someone that has. They turned the attic space into 3BR/1BA with a dormer in 2 of the rooms. It's been a while now since they added on but I believe they originally had a small room downstairs where they installed the winder stairs. If you have a smaller bedroom in an ideal location for a stairway, use it for that and the other half of the room as the half bath you said you want to add.
You could use
Adhesive shower caddies
Not the prettiest but you get the idea.
