Yeah i dont know shite about finland, but i can promise if i was traveling there, I would know exactly what kind of hotel and area I would be staying at. This is fishy.

People stay in the N.O east hotels all the time. They are cheap. I know a lot of truck drivers end up out there. This dude was in one of the worst parts of N.O east though. Drug and prostitution central in that area. Its possible he was up to no good at that time.

Out of sheer curiosity I just went and looked at the reviews and on trip advisor and google they are good. Having traveled a bit they seem to be ratings someone would say shite I can stay there for the price. Sad shape culcha got to him.

Jackson has a similar problem.
Some minor celebrity in the fishing world got shot and killed staying at a shithole hotel (Motel 6?) in Jackson a few years back because he was trying to stay close to the Barnett Reservoir, where he was set to fish.

That is surprising, especially with some of the other hotels, like the Royal Palms, that aren't far away from there and the entire area in general.
