You realize that video was reversed, right? Do you think the bicycle rider was riding backwards?

The poster to whom I was responding said he backed into her. Do you think he backed into her? Do you think the bicycle rider was also peddling backwards?

I mean she got road rage and smacked the shite out of him. I feel her anger but that's not the way to resolve it. She had him by the balls before she did that.

It’s not that hard to document everything then get out of the way if someone rear-ends you on the road.

Get out, take pictures of your car, their car, both cars together, them standing outside of their car, license plates, etc.

At that point it becomes pretty difficult for them to claim something else happened. As opposed to waiting an hour for the cop, who can’t get to you because you’re blocking rush hour traffic, to arrive and then tell you to move. I mean, I get why people often decide to stay but I don’t think it’s necessary all the time.

That said, there are other situations (parking lots, weird collision angles, etc.) where I would absolutely stay put if the other driver might be able to spin the damage into a different story.

I’m not saying he didn’t. But you can’t tell definitively one way or the other.
