I seem to remember thinking he could make a little money from parking but lose it with insurance or lawsuit covering a slip and fall suit that could easily happen.

They had erected a very fancy chain link fence but it didn't last long. I'm sure the LLC is just waiting for the right offer to come along. That sweet piece of dirt has got to be worth a cool million or two by now with all the improvements they have done.
