No body cameras because the narcotics unit went to the LMPD police chief and specifically said they didn't want it.

This may be a hot take, but this looks like a sign of an attempt at political points so that one day he could make his way into the Supreme Court assuming that Trump gets re-elected.

That vast Trump conspiracy again. Right wing conspiracy rides again.
Do you even listen to yourself?

But this wasn't a no knock warrant
A no-knock warrant doesn't exclusively mean you don't knock. It means they enter a private premise without announcing their presence. So they can knock, but not announce they're busting down your door and it still be a "no knock warrant". It's just a general term for that type of authorization.
The issue comes when they use the no-knock warrant to enter the home of someone without a record. They didn't find any drugs in the apartment either. They also lied about the time they had detained the guy they were searching for to begin with, which would have waived the need for a no-knock at her residence (Glover was detained elsewhere).

You misspelled “stupid take”

The charges read by Judge Annie O'Connell on Wednesday said that Hankison "wantonly shot a gun" into three apartments.
The occupants of those apartments were identified by initials.
None of them were BT — Breonna Taylor. That means the grand jury didn't find that Hankison wantonly fired into her apartment.

That’s not going to be good for Louisville was they realize nobody was charged with murder

The Bible states it
interesting... how do you feel about what the Bible also says:
quote:
Proverbs 31: 8-9 — “Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously, defend the rights of the poor and needy.”
quote:
Romans 12:15-18 — “Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep. Live in harmony with one another. Do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly. Never be wise in your own sight. Repay no one evil for evil, but give thought to do what is honorable in the sight of all. If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.”
quote:
Leviticus 19:15 — “You shall do no injustice in court. You shall not be partial to the poor or defer to the great, but in righteousness shall you judge your neighbor.”
quote:
Proverbs 29:7 — “A righteous man knows the rights of the poor; a wicked man does not understand such knowledge.”
quote:
Luke 12:48 — “...Everyone to whom much was given of him much will be required, and from him to whom they entrusted much, they will demand the more.”
funny book, that Bible... cuts both ways, it seems...

no charges for a literal murder.
On a serious note as someone on the other side of the argument, how in the world do you and others reconcile comments like this with the facts?
Is the thought that the facts are cooked up in some kind of conspiracy?

So should these cops have been charged with murder? Or was this just a shoot out that ended with her being shot and killed? Seriously.
Posted on 9/23/20 at 1:00 pm to NawlinsTiger9
I’m assuming they are saying that because the police were fired upon by someone in BT’s apartment, that police were justified in firing back into that particular apartment, but not the other apartments. Hence, no charges for BT’s death.
Is this correct?
Is this correct?

Do you really think that would make a difference? Really? We have become a looting and rioting society and since we don't prosecute for it anymore, might as well.

Where does it say “Drug dealer gets Ex girlfriend killed in shootout with police. Woe be cops who tried to arrest.”?
Cause nothing you’re spewing is correlating.

It was a shoot out in the sense that she never had a weapon on her and got shot to death. Her boyfriend shot first, claiming he did not know it was police he was firing at. They returned fire and killed her without ever hitting him.
I don't think they were ever going to get a murder charge because of the warrant, but they had no body cams and allegedly obtained the warrant on suspicious circumstances.
They also didn't find any of the illegal shite they were looking for.
I'm on the side that professionals should be held accountable on some level when accidentally gunning down an innocent civilian who is in her own home, but that doesn't seem to be the consensus opinion here.

So I gather Epstein's list will be released as soon as the first torches are lit?
