I often go home to the wrong house and make love to women I think are my wife. It's really just a simple misunderstanding, could happen to anyone.

I understand this. I'm saying how does a sober, fully competent, sane, adult female not know which apartment is hers

And?

If you walked into another person’s home thinking it was your own, and ended up killing the homeowner, you would absolutely go to prison.

So if I, a lowly citizen, walk into the wrong apartment and kill its inhabitant, I can just say "sorry, I though it was mine"- and not expect prison or an electric chair?

A large Dallas police presence was at the apartment overnight into Friday morning as the department's special investigation unit processed the scene.

They misspelled "planted evidence to frame the victim"

Oh I'm not passing over that. I'm appalled that a police officer that has to respond to calls at specific addresses can't figure out where their own house is.

I'm not one to blame everything on cops, but this is next level stupidity. The fact that she entered a home that wasn't hers, killed someone, and isn't yet charged with anything is astounding to me.

I think what he is saying is that story sounds very fishy How often have you, completely sober, walked into the wrong home thinking it was your own?

Unless she just very recently moved in to this apartment, I'm willing to bet there's more to this story....

Pretty re everyone is getting fired up over nothing

She will be placed on administrative leave, pending the outcome of the investigation, Mitchell said.

Only references her employment status, not the criminal investigation.

I imagine, she will end up appearing before a Grand Jury on this

It's like 10,000 spoons when all you need is to not be shot in your own damn house.

Da fuq point are you trying to make?

You really think the “I thought this was my place.” Would work?

“Sorry sir, I thought this was my car.”

“Sorry sir, I thought this was my girlfriend’s underwear. “

Do you not hear how ridiculous that is?
