Got my two tickets. I would keep $10,000,000 and use the rest for good. Seriously.

I'd use $10M for good and keep the rest.

That makes me feel sad.
and not sad in a "awe how sweet this old man is" sad.

Do what makes you happy. if that's give half a billion dollars away to charity, so be it.

I would use 100% for good, but I'd be really liberal in my justification of what good is.

Okay. Shave 40-50% off of that. That's income, and you're paying the top marginal rate on almost all of that income. EVERY. YEAR. Uncle Sam gets his first. Your state gets theirs next if they have income tax. Every April, you're going to be stroking checks in excess of $10M for income taxes.

Also, that's at TODAY'S top marginal rate. In 1944-1945, the highest marginal tax rate was 95% due to the costs of largish geopolitical goings on. It sure would suck if something happened in the first year of the 30 year payout to send the marginal rates skyrocketing again. Can you imagine the redass you'd have if you only got to keep 1.5 million of your $30M annual income and ended up only getting to keep around $50M instead of $250M+ because you didn't take the cash in hand now?

Take.
The.
Lump.
Sum.

I'd give BRPD a few million to rid the city of bums. That's about all the good I'd do with the cash before getting the frick out of this shithole city and living like a king.

Illinois had that problem with theirs. I doubt they have fixed it.

I hate threads like this.

The more people that buy tickets the worst my odds of winning get

According to Wapo, it costs $176 million to purchase every combination, but would take 28 year to fill out all the scantrons.

I'd be the new Marlins man but would wear something like this to every game to one up him. Whichever sticks out more.
