that's an "extra vehicle for fun" kinda car. a few buddies have em. they're definitely not made for grocery comfort, and honestly, kinda gutless under the hood

I really hate this fad. It’s so played out now.

Underpowered. I wouldn't go soft top, it makes driving that thing miserable. The hard tops are exponentially quieter and more comfortable. I'd never own one again

They are good cars. I like mine. It gets 20mpg and can handle whatever Nola streets can throw at it

I bought a 2-door BaseSquatch in January. I use it as my primary vehicle, but I am an empty nester, so I do not need the seats and my wife has a luxury car for when we need that. I have previously owned an FJ Cruiser, a 4Runner, and a Jeep Wrangler JK, and this is by far my favorite of the bunch. The Bronco is not quite as capable off the road as the Jeep, but it is much more road-friendly.

Bought my daughter a 2023 Outer Banks for college. I’ve been driving it until she leaves in a couple weeks. Looks good drives rough and is loud as hell even with the hard top. I can talk on the phone on Bluetooth without yelling. Not a great daily driver if you have to be on the phone a lot without just using your AirPods. Gas mileage is crap too. Daughter loves it. I hate it.

I’m looking to downsize my from my excursion which I got when kid #4 came. We don’t use it much as a family vehicle as much as I expected since my wife has a larger new suv so not sure I need 6+ seats.

I want to get a ford. Don’t need a pickup because my boys have one. And the argument against <6 seats is a pickup only has 5. I like having an suv because I carry so much sports stuff and have never seen a watertight pickup truck bed.

So it’s either an expedition or bronco.

All that to say apparently I’m a gay for wanting a bronco.

Wranglers and Broncos are not typical “SUVs”. Make sure she understands the ride is rough and noisy and to not expect it to drive like her Highlander
