Wranglers and Broncos are not typical “SUVs”. Make sure she understands the ride is rough and noisy and to not expect it to drive like her Highlander

I shopped both last year.
Bought the Jeep bc I could get a 6 and a hardtop for way less than the Bronco, and it rode a bit better.
As a daily commuter vehicle, I wouldn't recommend either.
I'm not a Stellantis fan, but Jeeps are decent and hold their value almost as well as a 911.
That said, if were my wife, I'd get it for her. Life is short, buy her what she wants.

It’s a utility vehicle not a sports car. Some of yall obviously never drove an original bronco. I had a 74 it was like driving a mail truck even with the 302 V8.
here is why you buy a bronco or a wrangler:
-it doesn’t look like every other generic SUV
-the top and doors come off
-you can get a manual transmission
-it can go off road capably and without concern
-it’s fun to drive
