Anyone that has spent time around people on Meth can tell you one thing. You are never quite sure what the hell they are going to do. I have seen any number of aberrations with those folks. Burning the bodies and putting them in the middle of downtown would be far from the weirdest.

If he was work release why was he not back in the jail .....it's not that far away?
STPSO and Covington PD are not saying whether they were burned on site . This is not some meth head getting all upset over getting fired. Like I said, I would like to see what the coroner determines....and then see Randy Smith totally discount it......like the Krentel case.

I have known the female victim since I was about 5 (i'm 50). they used to live across the street from us in Abita. She was my teacher in about 2nd grade I believe. Her grandson and my son graduated from St. Pauls together and are great friends. She was a great person. What a way to die.

St Tammany is one of the more corrupt places in LA. It's just not dysfunctional. Reid about 20 years ago covered up for his stepson killing another kid on the river. A coke addled Asst DA botching multiple cases. A former sherriff molesting family members and making money off of work release jobs. Current sherriff violating civil rights on DUI stops and not pursuing suspects in the Krentel case and arresting cops who criticize him.
Could go into a fabricated rape case about 7 or 8 years back where no one bothered to ask if the suspect was even present and the motivations of the victim which was found out on appeal.
Safe yes, crooked, definitely.

CPD Chief and Randy hate each other. Randy fired the CPD Chief, when he was a top deputy under Randy, then hired his ex wife to be the spokesperson.

Would like to know when was the last time someone living saw the two victims. Were they together or separate. If separate how do they end up together dead behind a dumpster early on a Monday morning? Does St. Peter's have a 6pm mass on Sunday evening?
