You moron, you should read Article 228 where they define 'large-scale' and then ask yourself if Griner met that definition, because that is what Article 229.1c directly refers to in its definition. My god I can't believe you thought this was a gotcha.

What is the definition of it

I see no measurements listed at all

By the definition, anything is large scale

Lol.

I can't post the link for some reason.

LINK

In Article 228. The format of your link was weird. This document is from the UN and is formatted better.

quote:

2. "Large scale" in this Article, as well as in Article 228.1 and 229 of this Code, shall mean a quantity of a narcotic drug, psychotropic substance or their analogue exceeding the average one-time consumption dose by 10 or more times, and an especially large scale - by 50 and more times. The quantity of average one-time doses of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances for the purposes of this Article, as well as of Articles 228.1 and 229 of this Code, shall be endorsed by the Government of the Russian Federation.

Again, the large-scale definition seems arbitrary for the specific purpose of applying it arbitrarily. What kind of definition is 'one-time consumption dose' or what is 10 times that number?

And there were no tensions before? Come on man. She's a political prisoner and its become more apparent with Russia open to do a prisoner swap.

Mighty loose grip on the facts there, the only country willing to release a political prisoner thus far is the US.

People are saying if WNBA players were paid the same as NBA players then she would never have had to play in Russia to make ends meet so this is totally America's fault

If she had skills other than bouncing a ball, she could make ends meet. Women playing basketball isn’t something many are willing to pay to watch
