The dude is obviously pretty resourceful having evaded police this long and having the van life skills. But how much cash would his parents have to have given him for him to really get away for good? I’d imagine it would have to have been more than they just had laying around. What would it take for the FBI to get a warrant for their financials?

I too am interested in how one would go about trying to get to Mexico by boat i suppose without any ID and a cash only type transaction in a time frame where they did not have an abundance of planning time. Its not like they can sit there and google it on their phones or home computer and think it won't be found.

I think he’s blending in with the homeless. It wouldn’t cost a dime. He wouldn’t have to risk a border crossing. He could wear a mask and a hat and be virtually invisible.

I would be searching homeless encampments and shelters in St. Petersburg, FL near where his parents took the camper.

Maybe. To what end, though? He’s eventually gonna have to pop his head out if he’s still in the U.S.

Lol. Last time I went into Mexico on foot from the US, I put a quarter in a turnstile and walked in.

He could live like that indefinitely. No matter how he is evading capture it will take a certain amount of discipline to stay unfound for long. If he can wait until the publicity dies off and the manhunt stops (wether it be months or years) he could then move around relatively easily as long as he doesn’t use his real name and he changed his look. Masks help.

Good luck with the cartel

he changed his look

Which he already did bc in the police footage he tells the cop that it’s a different man on the license (or something to that effect)

You can get a flight from Cuba to Mexico for $500-$800, if a fake ID can be made to fool Cubans

Then from Mexico to etc

So he went to Cuba by boat from Florida?
I’m sure he has fake papers - those are easy to come by. Once he gets to Mexico he can blend in - especially if he flew there. I just don’t know how well he’d do landing on the coast of Mexico - and then just walking some place.

Why do you guys think fleeing to Mexico is so great? Once there, what’s the plan to survive? You really want to live in Mexico without a legit job? I sure as hell wouldn’t.

I’ve said this before, you can rent a shithole hotel or trailer in a small town for $400-600/ month everything included. Wouldn’t be hard for his parents to float that especially for 3-4 months until this blows over. Clean shaven, baseball cap, with some dingy clothes like a small town redneck and he likely blends in easily.

Why do people think he's fled the country like some criminal mastermind? Dumbass didn't even bury her body. He's not some wilderness expert like Eric Rudolph either.

especially with a mask and sunglasses.

Who knows if his parents had cash laying around for a rainy day and how much..its obvious they helped him escape.

He comes home early without her, they probably told him to come home after he confessed to them. Then they started planning and had notice to prep..they knew this was coming, maybe didn't know how big it would get..but, they were in the know ahead of time.

He doesn’t go to Mexico, does he?

You don’t have to be to live in Mexico. Plenty of the people are very friendly and accommodating. It’s easy to hide and get help. Unless you piss off the cartel.
