Does anyone think, he came back from Florida, knowing he was going to kill her or more along the lines of, spur of the moment argument, he lost it and killed her ?

He was shot through the wall in his apartment and his parents got a notification through an app that his heart had stopped beating

There was a salacious murder case in metro Birmingham that went to trial last year I think, and police were able to determine time of death by looking at the heart rate data of the deceased.

They then matched that data to the alibi of the suspect, who was supposedly inside their home, by using records of motion sensors and times of doors opening from the alarm company.

Crazy shite. I don't know how anyone gets away with anything these days.

Probably just planted the car there and got a ride out to make it appear that that's where he was headed. Canvassing that area would take days and tons of help.

This what I think. He's probably halfway to Mexico by now

The M.E. said 2 weeks for results, then quickly opened a back door saying it could be much longer to totally finish.

This bit is almost always for toxicology results.

Hasn't he been spotted in the preserve area on a trail cam or two though?

The trail cam pic was about 300 miles away from the reserve. And is likely not even him. I think I'm right on the distance away from the reserve.

There was a pic posted earlier of him on the boots.

Laundrie, a skilled outdoorsman, could be out there for “months,” Taylor said. “I don’t know how frequently if he would come out here and do day-long hikes or whatever, you could be out here for months if you wanted,” Taylor said.

That's an exaggeration. He couldn't survive for "months" out there with just what he had in a backpack.

Actually, about 500 miles. But yeah, you're basically correct.

I think spur of the moment/crime of passion type thing.

If it was premeditated, there are other places out there to do it that you could easily make it appear much more like an accident and also potentially make the body more accessible to scavenging by wildlife.

The mountain trails in Grand Teton NP, or the higher elevations along the parkway north of GTNP going into Yellowstone from the south, would open up access to multiple under+ foot dropoffs that are probably visited daily by bears, wolves, etc.

I haven't seen the preserve ones but I saw one from Baker, FL which is a little more than an hour east of Tillman's Corner where he was also reportedly seen. They must have looked at the pic from Baker and determined it wasn't him though if they're still searching the preserve

Sometime around the 25th GP and BL get in a big domestic fight. He hits her and either knocks her out or kills her. He panics, grabs his stuff, and walks away. Thought process is that he will claim he was off hiking as an alibi.

I feel like it's between the 27th and the 29th. Just basing that on the last witnesses that saw them on the 27th before they went to Spread Creek.

Well, first off, you don't need bluetooth and motion detectors on your toaster.

Where is the info that he went to Florida and then returned back to Utah or wherever coming from?

ETA: not arguing, just wasn’t paying attention during that development

North Port, FL, to Baker, FL, is listed on Google as 504 miles.

Papayas and avocados are getting ripe on the trees in FL now. That, with some fish, and a snared rabbit or two, could feed that skinny baw for a long time. There is also a ton of undeveloped, unused land to the east of North Port. The preserve is just north.

Clearly, we all look alike. Along with causing everyone else's problems.

I don't think he came back thinking that. I think she probably did some thinking about them when he was away and decided it was over. My guess is she told him when they were in the Tetons and he flipped and killed her.

It has been reported from the beginning. That is when he went to clean out the storage unit.
