[link=(So why include one and not the other if they don’t think either was for her?)]LINK[/link]
Only thing I can think of is:
The first one (Stan text) was received by the mom and she has a subjective belief it wasn’t from Gabby because of the Stan name. They lay that out in the warrant that the mom questions it’s authenticity.
Maybe second text police had already ruled out it’s authenticity by establishing forensically that it wasn’t sent from Yosemite. And this may be a detail they aren’t ready to share yet publicly (that phone records show the phone was in, say GA, when this text was sent).
I think people are reading too much into this that this text was never sent.

The search warrant specifically said she had a cell phone plan with T-Mobile.
Well shite, the “no service” text must have been real then!

ah, maybe that's why there was talk that they could only use their phones via wifi, due to no coverage by their carrier in the area they were in.

Why did she move from New Jersey to Florida and when did she first me Brian? It appears Brian is from Florida so it’s likely she met him there. How long did it take for them to get engaged?
They went to high school together

They were high school sweethearts. He moved to Florida in high school. She moved to be with him after school.

Both Brian and Gabby are originally from New York.

They've clearly been covering for their son this entire time..
Can you stop saying definitive statements like this that aren’t proven?

Yeah, I don't think I'd want T-Mobile while traveling around out west.
Hell, when I was working on the road I had two cell phones. One US Cellular (great in WI) and a Verizon for both phone and data as the USC had spotty coverage in rural Iowa and Minnesota making it very difficult to do my job.

What's funny about the door closing video is that the people who shot that didn't seem to see it close. So I think it's BS.
someone posted a video like 47 bazillion pages ago and it was clear as day after they blew the unedited video up & focused on the van that the door was being closed.
you can also clearly see a set of flip flops on the ground next to it.
not sure either of these 2 things actually means anything though.

4) Why do we need a distraction from the thousands of people at the border, the mistaken droning of 7-13 people in Afghanistan, the humiliating withdrawal from Afghanistan and the unpopular mandating of the vaccine?
5) Do you believe everything you see and trust everything you hear? Look into the 6 week cycle of the investigating agency. You’ll see a pattern.
If you're angling to get someone to stuff you in a van, drag you out west and leave you for dead, this is a hell of a start.

Juat tossing this out there too. During hurricanes and what not, when service is bad, I’ve gotten texts from people days later when service gets back going.
Some of these texts could have been typed out and “sent” in areas of poor service and then actually sent in a different place when the phone hit an area with actual service.
Now that you mention that, I've had that happen as well when in areas with spotty coverage.
The office called me more than once wanting to know why I hadn't answered their text. I got the text the following day.

Not sure it means anything sandals door closing.
In the grand scheme it changes nothing. What is astonishing is that its an odd rare chance of even getting video of the white van at all ...(which immediately leads to her discovery) Then coupled with ACTIVITY around the van as the video is rolling is mindblowing.
The sandals prove someone had just slipped into the van and got out of view. It’s a rare bizarre curiosity that it was caught on video at all.

It is kind of weird that:
(a) they went to High School together in Long Island, NY
(b) they lived together in Florida for two years
(c) they worked together at the local Florida Publix...
And yet we haven't really heard from anyone regarding what type of people they were, what their relationship was like, etc.
Where are the HS classmates, friends, co-workers, etc. The only person we have heard from is that batshit crazy girl she met on the internet who decided they were "best friends" and then she appears to have ghosted that girl as soon as they left on their trip, which isn't surprising because she seems crazy and looks like a junkie.

If they door actually did close, it would have been really tough for them to see it in real time. This video went and paused frame by frame from far away to make the case that it closed.

Anyone else find it funny that Roger the shrubbery and crimsonite94 disappear at the same time?
