Supposed to be where the body was found in relation to the parked van.

Fwiw the dash can video of the van was taken on Aug 27th. He returned home supposedly on Sept 1. Just a wild guess but id think she is more likely to be alive than dead on the 27th. I’d assume he likely went home immediately after killing her, and likely drove all day so say 2 days of driving maybe 3.
The door of the van shutting means nothing. They could have been having make up sex in the back and closed it for privacy.
But he’s some sort of idiot to keep the body in that area if he was there for multiple days. Probably quite a few people saw him there or the van. So my guess is he probably buried or hid her body very close to where she died.

A body after 3 weeks outside in summer would be just like a bouquet of roses.
Their summer nights are like our winters days.

My point is just that if the question is "what happened to her," the most likely answer is "he killed her" and there are no close seconds.
Yep. I’m thinking it was accidental or just heat of the moment shite and not intentional though. Maybe a slapping / shoving argument and she hit her head on something but who knows. Probably won’t ever know if he has offed himself though.

I bet she put up a fight against him. I really don't want to think about it.
Are you crying?

I assume the soil along the banks would be full of rocks. That creek bed is all loose stone.

Funny how some people are still suggesting he didn’t kill her. We don’t have proof of anything, but come on lol

If he killed himself I hope he left a notes saying what the frick he did to her.

People are freaking stupid with their conspiracy theories. It’s exactly like what most sensible people thought from day one- he killed her and tried to hide the body. Then drive all the way back to FL and lawyered up. POS murderer.

Would someone be that stupid to be digging a grave out in the open like that I’m the daytime?!
In the Red White & Bethune video there are other vehicles spotted up and down the trail near the van, the chance for witnesses would be obvious to even the biggest idiot.

The guy brought her van back to his parents house.
He doesn't seem like the sharpest tool.

it 100% looks like right rear door is open but then it closes as the vehicle approaches
I've looked and looked but can't find this door open and then closing.

It’s a dirt road. Car passes by and you don’t want an inch of dust in the van/bed you sleep in so you close the door

Except for the text message from her phone on August 30th (most likely sent from him) stating they were in Yosemite. Not sure if they confirmed it was confirmed to be sent from Yosemite or not.

No. It gets hot there in the summer. The nights are usually cooler. But 3 weeks with temp in the 70's or 80's is going to lead to lots of decomp. This is not taking into account animal and insect activity.
