I’m guessing that he’ll avoid getting the needle he deserves by pleading guilt and telling them where the body is.

On the mothers FB page (before she deleted it) there was around three years of happy by the Christmas tree type of photos of him, the mom and kids. So he snapped and was probably high on drugs, it is a no-brainer- I agree. The biological dad hadn't tried to see Mariah in a year. I wonder if the mother of Mariah got hooked on drugs along with the BF? Why would Mariah's mom trust such a douchebag with past police charges to live with her and her kids?

Sadly, this was expected from the get go. I'm guessing they just had to wait for some evidence results to come back or gave him a deal, body for no needle. That POS GF had to have known something.

the real father spoke out when she was reported missing saying something was fishy. he supposedly has not seen his daughter in a year and did not have money for a custody battle.

The wording of this is interesting, it sounds like it indicates that they don’t have enough to charge him with murder.
