There are 3 main reasons that people speak/write poorly:
1. Uneducated
2. Lazy
3. "frick the system/man" attitude
None of which beckon opportunity your way.

Rather than prepare these students for a professional career, they're just setting them up for failure by telling them they're never wrong.

The word micro-aggression triggers me. Also if we're being scientific it would take a million micro-aggresions to equal a single aggression. Thus showing that the value of a single micro-aggresion is negligible.
