I believe now is the time for a separate, UHC/CEO Haiku thread.

Wonder how big of a life insurance policy they have on him? Lots of shite headed their way with the new administration, can see them putting blame on him, but he's dead now and using life insurance to offset fines and settlements. That would be such a UHC way to handle shite.

unfortunately I doubt this occurs. UHC is too big. UHC is untouchable,
the beat will go on...

Virtually everyone is rooting for a clean escape save for a few virtue signaling nerds in this thread.

I sincerely hope they never catch the shooter.

Reading this thread is a great way to understand how the communist world got away with murdering 100 million people.
Can I also note the major overlap between people celebrating targeted assassination of a health insurance exec and those who have defended terrorist groups like Hamas?
Not a coincidence. It speaks to their broken moral compass. They can justify anything.

Our founding fathers would be split on this. You don't have the clear moral high ground that you think you do.

Spot on, mate. I don't generally take issue with shock value humor but you can tell it's coming from a place of approval by many on here. We are surrounded by scum and idiots who hate the "Man" and want a free lunch.

For example. I was reviewing some of the charts from the NPs that I supervise and this is literally what the NP wrote for diabetes "Hemoglobin A1C 9.2%. Prescribed Ozempic at last visit but insurance denied. Encouraged patient to cut back on sugar intake." What the NP wrote is technically sound but it is not going to work. I amended the chart to say "Hemoglobin A1C reduction despite max dosage of metformin and Farxiga. GLP-1 agonist is medically warranted as next step to achieve additional hemoglobin A1C reduction." I had the prior authorization person at my office rerun the claim and United approved it.
So you provided specific (and relevant) clinical details that allowed their PA team to make an informed decision. Sounds like your NPs need to be retrained.
