Miami folks are rude. I have lived here 6 months. The people do not acknowledge you on the street when you say hello. It is better in broward county i am told

Minneapolis felt like “little Mogadishu” the last time I was there for work. A shite ton of Somalis.

Sometimes I feel like Southern hospitality is a myth honestly.
It only exists in some rural parts of the south. Definitely not as wide spread as people are led to believe.

Agree with Seattle. They have to put combination locks on restaurant and hotel bathrooms to keep the street people from camping there. The assholes there wont even make eye contact with you.
Had a waitress say “I can tell that you are from the south, I moved here from Alabama and these people are rude, I once said bless you when a woman sneezed and she looked at me like I’d killed her dog”

Moved to Seattle for work in 2012 and this is all true.

People refer to you as baby so much there to the point that someone extra sensitive may think they're being sexually harassed

This. Everyone there is in a perpetual state of dick-measuring. If you aren’t in their circle of Hill staffers and lobbyists, you’re trash.

My wife's friend grew up in Jersey. Her parents retired to Arizona recently. The mom went back and took her car to the car wash.
Mom: "Put the windows up before you wash it"
Jersey attendant: "No shite."
