With the price of steak these days I’d have no hesitation about cooking it up and eating it.

I would eat it raw. Just bought two pounds of fresh ground chuck processed by my local butcher. Ate half of it raw on the drive home with two Heineken’s. I live about 3/4 of a mile away from the store.
