Do you think this ordeal happened over a 3 week period or something?

I've done nothing more than say I think it's wrong to say that no one can ask certain relevant questions of a victim. You've turned it into a witch hunt with your virtue signalling.

I never asked this board to provide those answers. You've all been caught up in your own hysteria and it has completely drowned out my original point.

Stick with the timeframe at hand.

Unless he was holding her hostage the entire time then they were continuing to engage in their intimacy.

With him continuing to try to get her pants off of her, was it smart for her to stay and keep engaging with him?

Rape disgusts me, but this right here is a problem:
quote:

There are people here who assume the rape yet still question her actions as if those a responsible for the guy sticking it in when she didn’t want it.

Assuming either way isn’t appropriate! Asking what happened doesn’t automatically fault the victim. This man has not had his day in court. If guilty, he should go to jail.

This is my biggest gripe when it comes to rape allegations. No one is allowed to question the woman and if you do you're "blaming her". It's the most intellectually lazy shite on Earth.

And it’s why women should fricking crucify other women that claim rape anytime they frick some dude they regret. It illegitimizes the claims and has lasting effects upon real victims. No one in their right mind would support a girl getting raped, but as men we’ve been conditioned to put the bat signal up anytime these claims are made because so many of them turn out to be bullshite. A mans life is ruined, and the false accuser has zero, ZERO consequences. Because women.

So if this dude did rape a chick he’s known since high school, I hope Thunderdick has a fun time with him in prison.

Saying no 20 times?

Are you sure she said, NO 20 times?

I'm not telling a guy NO 20 times. Once should be sufficient. If it's not, then I'm probably going to knee him in the balls on my way out the door. But, I'm not 18-20 years old and have learned a lot since college.

And I'm sure it is to the prosecutors. I don't think they'd bring these charges without sufficient evidence.

We're all just speculating based on an article which is based only on the information that the organization wanted to release which is based only on the information that she gave.

That seems like a bit of a biased situation and it's why I'm skeptical in this specific case.

I don't know. I wasn't there

Ding ding ding. You aren't a naive little college girl with no reason to distrust this guy. This is likely the first and only time she's been in this situation. Who knows if she even thought about being in this situation.

According to the story...

quote:

The victim reported she told the suspect to stop approximately 20 times.

without knowing the exact number of times she said "no", I don't think anyone can completely comprehend the situation

we shouldn't even be discussing this, really

Exactly. Yet, we're assuming that she did say no 20 times because she told someone else she said no approximately 20 times.

that's reason enough right there...

The only 2 women in this thread are being the most objective about this

That should tell us something.
