U2 with a shout out to Steve Scalise at their concert

Pretty cool gesture by Bono. Makes me even more happy they are coming to New Orleans. U2 gets bashed for their left leaning, but it's nice to see party lines disappear when it comes to decency.

The bar is set pretty low. I don't really like to praise celebrities for simply speaking out...its extremely easy for Bono to say things and have people listen.
With that being said, I'll take it and its a gesture of decency on his behalf.

Big U2 fan. I hear Bono isn't nearly as overt politically this tour. He is promoting a more centric position when he does speak out.
With that said, I won't be attending any of his shows this tour. He's burned too many bridges for me to spend money going to a U2 concert.

Wait for his next benefit concert. He does a lot of those and the money will be going to a good cause.
