Florida sure didn’t have an issue importing cases for spring break. It’s not stopping people from coming. It’s a feel good gesture predicated on the honor system of people quarantining,

Little Rock has a curfew in affect from 12am-5am. Not allowed to be out.
So what did I do last night? 11:30PM ole lady calls me because she finally was able to go home after working a 11 hour shift at the hospital. I'm an hour 20~ away from her so I drove there and showed up at 1am this morning.
What happened? Not a fricking thing.

I’ll be visiting my business interests in Texas as we need to and I don’t anticipate any local Texas cops stopping anyone from doing so.
