I think talk of banning A/C is absolutely ludicrous, but I could pretty easily make an argument that the widespread use of A/C, especially by able-bodied people, has been detrimental to human happiness.

Good luck dealing with far left regulations and policies, homeless people begging for money and assistance in a liberal environment, young social justice warriors advocating free everything at the expense of older tax payers, etc.
