As you said, it is a problem everywhere. I watched a guy swerve and almost cause 3 accidents this morning the entire way down airline today from Clearview to the airport because he was texting the entire way.

1st is true everywhere, the 2nd may be limited to lower income areas.

That's what happens during rush hour.

It's not just central city. Ghetto-dwellers either have absolutely no fear of getting hit by a car and/or just don't fricking care that you are driving. They will casually walk out into the middle of traffic and stand right in the lane while waiting for traffic to clear in the other lane all while looking at you as if you had audacity to drive in the particular lane in which they are standing.

3rd option: getting a check for getting hit

My office is in South Memphis near Graceland. Almost every time I run to the bank or the post office I see someone in a car blatantly smoking weed while driving. I could be riding dirty myself and you would never know because I'm not going to put it on display for the world to see, but these frickers don't give a shite at all. Then they wonder why they are disproportionally put in jail for stuff like smoking weed

This is true of every good in North America. I can’t understand why they do this. Is it just a complete unawareness of the world around them or they just absolutely don’t give a frick about the world around them? I don’t understand it.

I'm convinced there are now only two kinds of drivers. Those that are fricking enraged by this behavior and those that aren't because they're too busy driving and looking at their phones.

We may not need a loop in BR if these asshats could leave FB and Instagram alone for their commute.

Everyone is getting ready for work and playing on the phone is a way to relax. The new Amazon Hub on Winbourne is open only after 6 pm.

Walking down the center of the road was left off your list. Or crossing the road so slow you have to stop

Why the frick do they have sidewalks in these areas? There are times I have to drive through some hood areas to get home when the interstate is extra-clusterfricked and it can be a group or a lone individual and they are walking down the middle of the "skreet" while a perfectly good sidewalk is just a couple of feet away.
