Why are people so entertained by watching two people lose their lives? People at work are fricking fascinated with it. I find it disrespectful.

Some folks have stronger stomachs I guess...doesn't make it wrong or right, I just can't do it.

Gotcha. I have seen a lot of videos. Videos that would make a lot of people throw up and scar them for life. Yeah it sucks for these people and their friends/families, but the video isn't anywhere near bad

If you knew how people around the world functioned, it would probably completely change your idea of humanity

Alright, I got the shakes after watching that.

Same here. That's what I mean. I am completely fascinated with things like this sometimes because it blows my mind that humans are capable of shite like this. And every time afterwards, I fee bad and sort of shake like you said.

Just noticed that the anchor who was behind the desk when the shooting happened is still there broadcasting. Crazy. She's gotta be drained.

He took the time to adjust the focus and framing as he moved into position. Insanity.

It's called humanity, every country has it. People want to slow and see the car wrecks. Curiousity even in carnage is something we all share.

People in the US live in a bubble.

The world outside our borders is a brutal, brutal place.

People wander around near live shots all the time and they were busy doing their job.

Right, but there weren't any others around (it seems like). The cameraman I get obviously, and even the reporter was focused on the interview and (I assume) making eye contact with the interviewee. But for that lady to not realize that some huge dude walked up and was brandishing a gun seems odd.

And of course I'm not blaming any of the three of them for anything at all...just seems odd that nobody noticed a dude walk up literally half a foot away from the cameraman and point a gun at someone. it seems so surreal. But when you're focused on the task at hand, you shut out most everything else I guess.

and then you add a new layer of the murderer ranting about it on social media and uploading a go pro video of it. It's awful but still fascinating

I'm pretty sure the girl suffered for at least a bit.

And now her parents have a video of it. Just the saddest sickest thing I've ever seen. Just god awful.
