Laughable what their attorney said. Clearly they’re trying to intimidate and probably would’ve hit the brothers if they walked away. Don’t intimidate people if you not willing to realize the risks.

If you get put in a chokehold even remotely correctly, it’s almost impossible to just stand up unless you are just that much bigger. I’m talking about two 200lb men. You’re not just gonna “stand up”

Old roommate was a great wrestler in high-school and college (before the drinking and drugs), he was a ticking time bomb some nights when we went out. He would find the biggest guy in the bar and antagonize the shite out of him until it eventually went to blows.
He wasnt big, but if he got the guy down on the floor, it was lights out.
He was a decent dude when sober, horrible and scary when high and drunk.

Perfect example on why you shouldn’t fight if you can avoid it. That was a pride thing, not a self defense thing. Love the spunk but there are ramifications when people get seriously injured
