Is he open carrying? Hard to see before he pulls the gun. Also looks like he may have a badge or something.

I watched a guy getting beat by 2 people while everyone behind the glass watched on with excitement , only to be shocked "ohh my God!" once the victim pulled his weapon to defend himself.
