These are the people who eliminated the filibuster, because they couldn't imagine a day when they wouldn't control the Senate.
That's one of the reasons I think they're so dangerous. Nancy is also drunk half the time.
They also enacted the nuclear option then said Republicans should be ousted for using it. Their entire party is founded on projection and hypocrisy

He fricked around, and found out. SAD!

If you think this isn't going to trickle down to the average Joe, then you're in for a rude awakening

Thank you for making my point why Twitter and Facebook shouldn't have that protection.

I don't want private companies deciding what is or is not allowed speech.
What? So you want the government to tell private companies how they should be ran? Because if you don't want private companies deciding what is or is not allowed speech (I assume you mean free speech) then there would have to be some type of law that would force companies to allow anyone to use their service to say whatever they want.
So what happens when someone uses that platform to do harm to a person. Who would be legally responsible? The company? Or the government for not allowing that company to be able to stop any type of harmful activity?

I don’t have much of an opinion on it because I don’t really care about Twitter or FB. Regardless, revoking has a lot of downstream implications that many don’t think about.

It's certainly as turbulent as 1968 at the minimum.
I’ll put it this way: I predicted the riots back in April. It was on my mind that they may happen, and my proof is my It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia thread with “The Gang Goes Purging”. While last year was the year of IASIP, this is the year of Joker, only its going to be nationwide. Buckle up, it’s going to be horrible and violent.

The person contributing to the harm would be charged under the relevant existing statute?

The person who did harm?
Can you even string together a coherent thought?

I agree. And I look forward to it. This country's majority population needs to be reminded what the human condition has been like for the past 100k years.
Maybe it will refocus their priorities on what matters instead of emotional bullshite.

I actually don't agree with either. I think Twitter should be able to ban Trump and I also think the bakery should have been able to tell the gay couple to go frick off. The left only agrees when it fits their narrative though.
