I always wondered about this. Like in Baton Rouge, with two hooters and a twin peaks has the "talent" watered down? Honestly, when I go to hooters I have the mindset as if I am going anywhere else. Not really looking all around "oh that bitch fine"... "why they hired her?" With that said, the one time I went to the one in Denham Springs I noticed it was as close to what you see in their ads as I have ever noticed at a hooters.
