That actually could be his picture. He has a picture on his old blog which is from many years ago. It looks similar.

Dear TulaneLSU,

This has been a wonderful trip through the real world. I have been too scared to leave my studio apartment. It’s nice that you were brave enough to venture the real world and give us a share of your whimsical times at the local Walmart. Walmart truly shows they care about their customers with the measures taken to protect against the Chinese Coronavirus. Bravo Walmart! And cheers to you my friend, TulaneLSU.

Yours in Christ,

That our national leaders have coined this term shows how malnourished our English has become. These leaders should be ashamed to encourage social distancing. I have now written a letter to the Walmart CEO to have these signs removed and replace them with the words "Physical Distancing." The virus does not care how social we are. The virus only passes through physical closeness to other carriers of the virus or fomites.

Attention to such detail as this save us all from becoming savage heathens. Per your most timely and judicious prompt, I will be carefully checking and cleaning my formites henceforth.

Please let us know when the Walmart CEO favors you with a reply.

Can you explain what you mean?

You compared the end of WWII to shopping at WalMart as a similar feeling. You don’t think that lacks perspective and a sense of history?

Would waiting behind someone in the express line with more items than allowed be similar to the imprisonments in the deathcamps?

Wouldn't that be more of a lack of appreciation than a lack of knowledge?

Mike Leach is NOT a national treasure.

You, good sir, are exactly that.

Friend,

Perhaps with increased rigor in reading you will learn what “a small slice” might mean. If you learn of any way that I might be of service to you for the end of increasing your ability to reason and comprehend, infer and nuance, I humbly request that you let me know.

I remain your vassal,

Since you asked, can you elaborate how “small of a slice” does the joy of shopping at Walmart compare to joy of WWII ending? Are we talking 10%? 1%? Smaller?
