Here I share with you Christmas in the Trenches
A touching song about the Christmas truce of WW1 and the men who experienced that showing of goodwill towards men and the magic of Christmas

No Bing Crosby White Christmas or Little Drummer boy?!? not a bad list but those are two of the best.

I can't disagree with any of those. Full "amen" handkerchief waving "Hallelujah!", "Thank you! Jesus!" to number 1. Oh, Holy Night.
I was a new convert for only a few months and coming into work, heard the song playing over the music system in the large department store I worked at paying my way through college. It stopped me in my tracks. Music and lyrics baptizing me into The Incarnation as completely as water had baptized me into God's Church. Well-enough of nearly fifty year old reminiscing.
I would have put Hark, The Herald Angels at 2, O Come All Ye Faithful 3, O Come Thou Long Expected Jesus 4, but really all jostle each other in their lanes running for first place and the roses.
Which reminds me of one you might consider for next year.
Lo, How A Rose E'er Blooming

How did you go with “O Come All Y Faithful” instead of Adeste Fideles

Big fan of “Emmanuel”, “The First Noel”, and “Oh Holy Night”. This is actually a really good list of religious Christmas carols.

Dude where is Little Drummer Boy

Solid tune but tough for carolers to do it justice.

Tulane, did you consider the Eazy E Christmas song I posted?

Arguably so. Quite right.
However as liturgical worship is necessarily corporate in our English speaking church, it's easier for the few Latinists in the congregation to condescend to their weaker brothers and sisters and simply sing along in English. Good grief it's been difficult enough over the years to get the congregation to chant morning prayer, even in English.

My current favorite Christmas songs are
Light of the World - Lauren Daigle
And
All the Gifts I Need - JD McPherson
Really that entire jd mcpherson Christmas album is great.

In the secular arena as a competitor to Rudolf The Red Nose Reindeer who struggles in the Italian hills, I'll allow it.
