Tulane is full of alcoholics and drug users. Many of them are very smart and somewhat accomplished kids, but they're always drunk or coked up at parties.

Does Tulane still have the state legislator/state senate free tuition thing? Hopefully that’s privately funded and not funded by the state.

Exactly and probably have scholarships or grants/financial aid along with affirmative action admission, or they are rich or pretty astute middle/upper just making it work out with savings, loan, and so on if actually paying Tulane tuition.
Is there any kind of income check or are they just assuming all blacks are poor and don’t have money?
