like i just went to HEB considering i am probably gonna lose power given how my substation lies and its like a normal 2:45 on a tuesday there. entirely different from harvey and this thing seems to be projected to be a monster storm in terms of rain. i was expecting a madhouse

heavy rain has been forecasted as earlier as last week though, right? i remember seeing levi mention it on one of his videos about humberto and thinking its weird that no one else was really talking about it at all since then. that was like on thursday or friday

This is the point they were making on the news last night. Nobody listens unless there is a name. There will still be a ton of people mad when shite floods thinking that should only happen with a strong hurricane.

Ya but it was just a mess that wasn’t likely to develop. Hell read space city weathers blog from this morning and it’s all about rain. Hardly a mention of it developing into something more
