Any thoughts from those who know weather here as to if this will stay away from Louisiana? I’m working on a benefit and can’t have shite wrecked.

The 18z GFS was pretty much the same track as the 12z, but this run has it crossing Cuba farther to the West and it never has it above 1000mb. Landfall in FL maybe a little farther North than the last run at 980mb, 6mb lower than 12z, but rides the East coast mostly on land. 12z had it just off the Georgia coast, re-strengthening and making a second landfall in the Carolinas.

We've actually seen a West coast of FL trend over the last several runs of the GFS. That's all that can really be said.
