Let's start with your term "whataboutism."
Whataboutism entails response to an accusation with a counteraccusation. For example, E Jean Carroll almost certainly lied about being sexually assaulted by Trump, and was richly rewarded for it. But what about Biden sexually assaulting Tara Reade exactly as E Jean confabulated in her case?
For example, Trump was indicted for holding classified documents which, as POTUS, he claimed to have declassified. What about Joe Biden, who stole classified documents from a sciff, then tossed them in an open box in the basement of a beach house?

When you cast out a misapplied colloquialism, as you did here, and then couple it with various vacuous assumptions, as you did here, It says more about your position and person than you'd like.

Sometimes political news is big enough that it deserves discussion outside of the PT board. It’s difficult to have rational discussion on the PT board when it comes to Trump. They are all so star struck by Trump they’ve lost all ability to have reasonable debate.

Look at the party that’s in power. They want to censor. They want to take out their political opponent on something that happened that had nothing to do with the election. They want to silence the one story (laptop) that would’ve sunk Biden’s campaign even though they knew DAMN WELL that the laptop was credible.

They want to ban gas stoves. They want to ban gas cars. They want to cripple our energy industry to get votes, because we all know unless we switch to nuclear, which they also don’t want to do, there is NO sustainable “clean renewable energy” option that will work.
