I mean... that's not implausible considering the regular season starts in September and the league was looking to cut the number of preseason games.

The virus will still be here, it’s going to likely ramp up in the fall like the flu, we won’t have a vaccine yet, and we won’t have herd immunity yet. So why on earth could this be “over” by September?
