If she gets shot at home and dies, would anyone even think twice about it? She seems deeply entrenched with some bad people with all of the dark favors she has done.

He's respondible for putting guys in jail and I didn't know if he was responsible for keeping them there.

Common misconception. ADAs have unfettered discretion concerning whether someone is formally charged with a criminal offense. They can maintain, reduce, or dismiss charges at their leisure. Judges have sole discretion over practically anything involving someone being locked in a cage. They set/maintain/reduce bond, find/sentence for contempt, place/remove holds, and sentence after convictions, whether by plea or trial.

Don't worry...she will be fricking up the civil bench, and civil defendants, soon enough.

Maybe enough of Trudy White's constituency will get fed up with her. I do not have high hopes, but its the only way shes coming off the bench.

Maybe with Nakamoto continually hammering at her someone electable can eventually run against her and win.
When she was first elected to the 19th, she beat an incumbent who is 10x the human being and jurist she is in Curtis Calloway. A real shame.

The problem with the bond system is that the Da, judges and Sheriff all have rolls in it. The Clerk’s functions are purely administrative. The three headed monster didn’t agree 20-30 years ago on how the process should work. Hell, the judges usually can’t agree amongst themselves how it should work. They all want to be judge, but few want the simple duties that come with it (setting bonds , dealing with TRO applications or timely signing simple succession documents so folks can get relatives estates in order).

How do we get rid of corrupt judges like this?
Recall? Vote her out?
Do no other judges/lawyers care?
Apparently not.
I pray this animal doesn't murder somebody!

I occasionally see Trudy wandering around the Home Depot parking lot on Airline - like she forgot where she parked her Mercedes

So... is this the "white privilege" I've heard so much about?

Most every response I have come up with regard to the Honorable Judge White would be a one-way ticket to Ban Camp so I’m just going to have to sit this one out folks.
