I thought this guy was already sentenced and was supposed to report for prison in June.
Is this another rapist? Or is he getting a second get-out-of-jail free card???
ETA: Yeah, same guy. He was supposed to be sentenced in June with maximum of life in prison. He's been FOUND GUILTY BY A JURY! Why isn't he being sentenced!!!

How does that work as far as who she reports to? Can't someone higher up in the judicial chain reverse what she is doing? That family should be able to sue her for the stress, pain and suffering just like White's daughter did to that family she tried to swindle.

You should look up what it takes to remove a judge in the State of Louisiana. Unless the Supreme Court removes her or the State Representatives impeach her, she's going to serve every term she's elected to. You cannot recall a judge.
Trudy White's district is going to ensure that she remains on that bench until she dies or retires.
