Good for Buc-ee's! I don't want big trucks crowding my access when I go there.

You don't think the people that elected him are heroes?

You're a hero just for going to work these days.

What a dum dum. Everyone wants to think of themselves as more important than they are. Welcome to 2020

I'll stay out of all gas stations called Bucky's.

But Buc-ee's is awesome and one of the reason it's awesome is because most truck drivers are nasty and rude AF and by keeping them out, it makes the experience better for the rest of us.

Maybe if the truck drivers self-policed their industry and cleaned themselves up, they would be allowed in.

Does Buc-ee's even have diesel pumps?

It’s a very overdramatic post, but why wouldn’t Buccee’s service him?

No offense intended to people working at Wal-Greens, but despite what their sign out front says just because you work as a Pharmacy Tech, you are not a hero. Same goes for all people working any job to feed their families that just happen to be front and center when we are all forced to do what we can because of circumstances beyond our control. Sorry. So stupid.

Everyone wants to feel important. Or they want to feel like they’re making a difference. Some are more honest about it than others. Am I a hero because I still went to work through the lockdown? Of course not. I went to work for very selfish reasons. I want to pay my bills, pay for food and buy whiskey and cigars. That’s it.

Well, good enough for me. Someone should tell that guy to suck it up, buttercup. I thought truckers were supposed to be tough.

They’re in a truck by themselves. How are they “putting themselves and their families at risk?”

Old baw who is some kind of family to me is a trucker. He parks at whatever local truck stop is nearest to Bucee’s and then takes an Uber. True story.

There’s been a recent surge in this whole “support your truckers” movement. It’s just a job. It has its risks like ANY other job. People just need to have a soap box to stand on.
