Is it any wonder that black run government has led so many American cities to become complete shitholes? Seriously, I'd be ashamed to have this guy's background and history and apply for an internship, let alone as CAO of a parish like EBR.

The Advocate provides proof he lied about the timelime of when he worked at two organizations as well as proved he lied about not being fired from those two organizations.
Also proved he had no been a guest lecturer at Purdue
Kudos to The Advocate for digging this up but it also seems like it was pretty easy to catch this BS
