For my part of town, there definitely is a border.

Title should be "self proclaimed" super fan, back when LSU was awful - he didnt' have all that LSU stuff up at his house.....

RIP Big Lee.
Dude gets a lot of hate. I understand that but Big Lee will always be good in my book. About 10 years ago I got into a wreck on a Sunday in Metairie near his house. I was about to drive back to BR. After finishing up with the cops we were about to call a tow for my truck and have a friend bring us home. Then Big Lee pulled up in the convenience store parking lot and the the J.P. Deputy kind of laughed and said “that guy owns a tow company” and pointed to Big Lee. She was kind of hesitant about him but said he was a good guy. So I went to talk to him, he was hesitant because he was relaxing on a Sunday. Then he saw I was wearing an LSU shirt. He said “heyyyy LSU!!! then pointed to all his LSU shite he was wearing and that was all over his yellow Vette.” Then he said don’t call a tow, they’ll charge you out the arse on a Sunday. Let me go get much truck and I’ll take you and your truck back to BR and charge you $100. Which apparently was a hell of a deal. The ride was interesting. He drove like a maniac. Dude had 3 loves: LSU, Al Copeland and Harry Lee.
He was harmless. Probably a little retarded or in the spectrum. Big heart though.

Big Lee was a good guy with a big heart. Probably a little mentally disabled. Dude did me a solid.

I never met him, but he came into the bar a few times while I was there. Seemed like an obnoxious arse.

I have to give him some credit though for not taking it all down after Mississippi St. and Troy last year.
