Redfin estimates it at 209. About what I'd expect.
My 150 estimate is what that would be if it was off say loyola in kenner and not bonnabel.
It's a small lot on a street with 4 or 5 lanes of traffic that is heavily traveled for most of the day. It's not gonna command high prices because the lot value isn't high.

Check the listings in the area hoss. The ones in the immediate vicinity that are priced in the 270 range have been sitting on the market for 6 months minimum.
There's a lot listed on orion on the Metairie road side of the interstate for 214. You are fricking crazy if you think big lee's teardown on fricking bonnabel would command more.

I could see it going for $250k. It's just a in shitty spot being right there on Bonnabel.

Yep. People are ignorant on prices in this area.
Old Metairie got to be stupid expensive. The lots alone north of Veterans in that area are going for $185k or more

The accused had his 2BR place listed for $225 in 2015 and he obviously didn’t sell.
Probably get his place and Big Lee’s for a sweet discount in the near future. Combine the lots and build something nice.
