No it’s not. It’s four or five. And the interstate is an overpass crossing Bonnabel with a sound barrier wall.. Not as loud as you think.

It’s probably 4 or 5 away. It’s a terrible location but it actually will be worth a decent amount of money because everything is sky high right now.

If you call ~150' a decent ways away, then yes.
The house on the corner faces the North Service Rd and the Bonnabel Blvd side of that property is the narrow side. Lee's house is two or three doors down and the fronts are narrow. Bonnabel Blvd is maybe 40' from his front door and has five lanes of traffic, if you count the turn lane onto the Service Rd. I-10 has about 10 lanes of traffic at the Bonnabel overpass and is absolutely no more than 200' away. There's a sound wall on the interstate, but you can't possibly believe that there's not a lot of traffic noise at that location.
