I don't know who this Big Lee is but it seems the neighbor did the world a favor getting rid of him. The neighbor is probably a piece of shite too but he's old and way past the point of caring.

It’s his property, and he has the right to open carry in this state.
I didn’t feel safe there, which was exactly his intent as the property owner. I removed myself from his property immediately, which was also his intent as the property owner.
No laws need to be changed and no rights need to be infringed.
