Yes because priority 1 in tropical threads is to keep them clean of clutter.

That's it. We're adding Tabasco hand jobs to off topic and personal posts as well. Duke will literally have his hands full after this hurricane season.

Driving back to BR from Austin tomorrow has me thinking I should go up to Dallas/Fort Worth and then over to Shreveport and down to BR. Any other suggestions?

Depends on the time of day you leave but you could always take 290 to 105, 105 to Cleveland, Cleveland to Livingston, Then take 190 East traveling south of Sam Rayburn and Toledo Bend.. then you could work your way from Leesville to 49. Then you could either take 190 or 10 to BR.

another person on the OT from Alvin, I would have never guessed it?!? Hoping this is nothing like Harvey, we had Chocolate Bayou flowing seven feet deep around our island house. My wife had always hated how our house looks perched up on a hill in the middle of the field, but after Harvey she has no problem with it.

Where is Alvin are you at? I am in Hillcrest…..I’m hoping it’s not a Harvey situation.

Looks like the projected rainfall totals went down a little, at least in SE LA
